No. You do not have to be an accredited investor to schedule a consultation. Our investment engine allows us a certain number of non-accredited investors. However typical investment minimums are $50,000. An accredited investor meets one of the following three requirements: 1) Has an annual income of at least $200,000, or $300,000 if combined with a spouse’s income; 2) Holds a valid Series 7, 65, or 82 license; 3) Has a net worth of >$1 million or more, excluding the value of a primary residence.

Typically consultations last for 45-60 minutes. This is a casual meet-and-greet where we get to know you and you get to know us.

Yes, we have to have a consultation before we can present investment opportunities per SEC regulations.
